Dates washing and cleaning machine

The washing and date cleaning line performs the process of cleaning dates and purifying them from impurities and sticks,In addition to sterilizing the dates, ensuring clean, sterilized and ready-to-pack dates.

This line is characterized by a very high productivity of 3.5 tons per day,Thanks to the high compatibility between the mechanical processes within the machines that make up this line,The line guarantees obtaining sterile, clean dates that are ready for any subsequent operations, whether packing or direct selling,The line is also suitable for cleaning several other materials.

The line has been designed to operate continuously without stopping while maintaining accuracy in the work, and is characterized by ease of cleaning and maintenance.

The work begins with dates kernels of different types and sizes,Where the line is fed through a conveyor belt lifter, which transfers it to a vibrator specially designed to get rid of the impurities and sticks found between the date kernels,Then the dates pass through the quality control and manual sorting process, which is equipped with overhead lights to facilitate the removal of any invalid date kernels by the workers deployed on both ends of the line,Then the dates are transmitted through a conveyor belt to the water spray washing unit, which sprays the date kernels with cold or hot water with continuous vibration to ensure that the kernels are turned and washed from all directions,Then the washed dates pass through the air drying process in order to dry them initially from the washing water,Then it will move to the drying and sterilization tunnel, which ensures that the dates are dried and sterilized from germs and agricultural pests,It also softens the dates, which helps them to fill them later if desired,Finally, the cleaned and sterilized dates move to the final product transfer process, through which the dates that are ready for packing or for direct sale are obtained.
