نفق تجفيف للتمور

يعمل خط تجفيف التمور والفواكه سمارت باك على أي نوع من التمور أو الفواكه أو الخضار الطازجة المراد تجفيفها ،

يضمن الحصول على منتجات مجففة منقى من أجسام غريبة ، بجودة عالية وإنتاجية عالية تصل إلى 500 كجم في الساعة ، كما يقوم خط تجفيف التمور والفواكه بإنتاج التمور والفواكه المجففة من ثمارها الطازجة ويتم العمل ضمن هذا الخط بشكل آلي بالكامل بقدرة إنتاجية عالية تصل إلى 3 أطنان في الساعة.

يبدأ العمل في هذا الخط من التمور أو الفاكهة الطازجة التي تنتقل عبر حزام التغذية إلى هزاز يزيل الأعواد والشوائب مما يضمن إزالة أي مواد غريبة موجودة بين الثمار ، ثم تنتقل التمر المنقى أو الثمار إلى الجودة عملية التحكم والفرز اليدوي لاستبعاد أي تمور أو فواكه غير صالحة يدويًا ، ثم الوصول إلى نفق التجفيف عبر حزام رفع خاص ، حيث يتم تجفيف التمور أو الثمار بشكل متجانس.

يمكن إضافة خطوط تعبئة متنوعة إلى هذا الخط حسب الرغبة ، حيث يمكن تعبئة المنتج في عبوات بلاستيكية أو أكياس أو في عبوات مفرغة شفافة (التشكيل الحراري).
