 Drying process

• The function of the tunnel is to dry the dates from the water and heat the dates before filling, which is very necessary for the packing process. The dates cannot be filled without heating and exposing them to the heat source to gain the required ductility and the heat helps to kill the spores and agricultural pests.
• The tunnel is equipped with a programming device to control the speed of the belt and its compatibility with the production process.
• The tunnel is equipped with hydraulic levers to facilitate the maintenance, cleaning and cooling process after the completion of the work
• The tunnel is controlled by an industrial computer from Delta, so it works automatically before starting work in the factory, to be ready as soon as workers enter.
