• General Description:

• This line is designed for packing materials in vacuum bags, as the line can be used to fill various materials such as coffee, tea leaves, yeast ... and other types of powders.
• It is recommended to use the vacuum sealing machine with vertical filling and welding machines to obtain a complete filling line, and thus the line consists of: a spiral conveyor with a vibrating suppression, a spiral dosing system for measuring the powder

• • The line performs the following operations: shaking, pressing, block forming, vacuum sucking, welding, shearing, closing and finishing. These processes lead to an attractive and elegant bag with an excellent vacuum grade in the bag.
• • The bags filled by this line are distinguished by maintaining the quality of the filling materials and hence a longer storage period, in addition to the attractive shape on the shelves.
• • The machine is equipped with servo motors to adjust the packing quantity.
• • All machine operations are controlled by LS PLC industrial computer and touch screen operation, to ensure the smart work of the machine in addition to ease of use and troubleshooting.
• • All cylinders and pistons, German brand Festo.
• • Temperature can be controlled independently for each station by Omron brand controllers.
• • All parts that come in contact with materials are made of stainless steel SS304, suitable for food industries. It is also possible to make custom-made machine entirely from stainless steel.
